Keywords

Amazon allows you to add up to seven keywords for each ASIN. This is an important step in helping customers find your product on Amazon’s search engine. Make sure that you use keywords that are relevant to your product, but don’t overdo it or else it may hurt sales instead of help them. You can always change these later if they don’t perform as well as expected during the initial launch period.

Amazon is the world’s largest e-commerce platform, and it is also one of the most competitive. Getting your product listed on Amazon can be a challenge.

Here are some things you must do before launching your product on Amazon.

1) Create an account with Seller Central

2) Set up your seller information: You need to provide accurate information about yourself (name, address etc.), as well as set up tax information and banking details. This information will be used by Amazon to send you payment for sales made through your seller account. You also need to set up a shipping plan in case you sell products that need to be shipped out to customers.

3) Create a product listing: You must enter all required data about your product (description, images etc.) in order for it to appear on Amazon’s search results pages or other places where buyers can see it. It is important that this information is accurate and consistent across all platforms where you sell your products (e-commerce websites such as Shopify or BigCommerce, social media accounts etc.).

Before You Start Selling:

1. Make sure you’ve done your research and found a profitable niche to sell on amazon. You don’t want to invest time and money into something that isn’t going to work out well for you in the long term.

2. Decide whether it makes sense to sell on Amazon FBA or Merchant Fulfilled (MF). If you’re just starting out, MF may be better since it’s easier to manage logistics yourself than managing shipments through Amazon’s warehouses. However, if you have the capital and desire to scale quickly, then FBA might be a better choice since it doesn’t require stocking any inventory at all.
