W.I.R.E Podcast by Victor Binitie aims to educate on the high yield investment opportunities in the African real estate scene.
London, England – May 20, 2022 – Nigeria-based serial entrepreneur and leading real estate developer Victor Binitie is pleased to announce the launch of his new podcast platform this month. Titled “W.I.R.E Podcast” (Wealth Is Real Estate), the platform is dedicated to guide on investing in high income producing real estate across Africa. The podcast is aimed to educate, encourage, and enlighten aspiring investors about the huge investment opportunities that exist in the real estate sector in Africa, especially in Nigeria.
W.I.R.E Podcast was launched on May 19, 2022.
Victor Binitie is the CEO of fast rising Nigeria-based property development, investment, and management firm, STRATAC Global Property Development Ltd. For nearly 2 decades, Victor has worked in England running his own construction support services business. His company has provided services to some of the UK’s biggest house builders and construction companies. However, although it was a fascinating experience working in the UK, he had always longed to do the same for Africa. It led him to launch STRATAC Global Property Development Ltd back in 2020.
Based on his positive experience about the huge growth potential of the African real estate sector through STRATAC, Victor wanted to spread the word among other aspiring African real estate investors in the country and other parts of the world. It led to the launch of the brand new W.I.R.E Podcast.
W.I.R.E Podcast has already released its maiden episode for the debut season, titled, “Africa is the New Frontier.” The episode offers a glimpse on how Africa is the new frontier for investment and Nigeria is leading the way. There is a housing deficit of over 20 million homes in Nigeria. This creates a unique opportunity for investors to generate good returns through their investments in the African real estate sector.
As per the new podcast, research has shown that return on investment in Africa is equal or even higher in some cases in comparison to other parts of the world. But unfortunately, a lot of Africans are apprehensive of investing in their native real estate sector since the continent is usually portrayed in a negative light by the mainstream media. Victor aims to change the narrative about Africa and for better- a firm believer of the proliferating potential of Africa, he has taken it upon himself to show the world the positive side of the continent and how much money people can make from the real estate sector.
